This weekend in Denver
There are some great events you may want to partake in this weekend, from art walks, scarecrows, food and much more.
To start, today is the First Friday! So make sure to catch one of Denver’s art’s districts tonight. There are 7 art districts so you can be sure to find one close to you. Discover new food, galleries, music and people in your community. This is always a great way to start off the weekend.

Tomorow, Olde Town Arvada is having their Festival of Scarecrows from 10am-3pm. This is a free family-friendly event. There will be hay rides, scarecrow making contests, kids costume parade, face painting, and much more.
Another few events this weekend are Denver’s Great American Beer Festival and Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus at the Denver Coliseum.
And last but not least wanted to introduce a new restaurant that opened its doors officially just a couple weeks ago, El Coqui D’Aqui. A husband and wife started their Puerto Rican cuisine with a food truck and has since grown so they can open their restaurant.
If you would like to explore more restaurants I highly suggest checking out Thrillist.com’s “eat seeker” for Denver’s best restaurants, which most of them are also listed in the most recent 5280. And if you can’t make it to the restaurant you can try Ubers new app UberEATS. Where starting today you can get your food delivered to you by just a push of a button!
As always, if you do something fun, share it with us! If you find something fun to do, share it with us! And if you know of something coming up, share it with us!
