Metro Mortgage Assistance Program Update

The city of Golden has just been recently added to the Metro Mortgage Assistance Program (MMA)!  This is great news, and so far this program has made home ownership dreams a reality.  There is truly no other loan program out there that will offer a 4% down payment assistance grant.  It is a unique and special program.  If you have not heard of it yet make sure to find out more and give us a call if you have any questions.

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim. For more information about the recovery fund, please consult the department’s website at www.sml.texas.gov.
