Camping Ban if Effect

The Denver city-wide unauthorized camping ban went into effect Monday June 4th.  As we all know this had been a very sensitive and widely discussed issue.  As of Monday there have been no arrests since the ban, and officers went through training and more beds were brought to shelters.  So far it is cleaning up the occupy Denver protest near the Civic Center.

A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
