FHA announced the new loan limits for 2015. This will go into effect January 1, 2015 and will be in effect through the end of the year.
In Colorado we saw numerous county increases to the loan limits over the previous year. So what does this mean? To all those who think FHA is going to go away, you may want to rethink that thought. There are just too many people who need FHA financing for that to happen.
