New Programs Available for NON first time home buyers!

CHFA has made some recent changes in their guidelines that will help ALL home buyers!

Effective as of Friday April 5th, 2013 CHFA has removed the first time homebuyer restrictions for their CHFA SmartStep & CHFA Advantage Programs!

This opens up down payment assistance (SmartStep Plus) and lower down payment with no MI (CHFA Advantage) to those who do not fall into the First Time Homebuyer category.  This will create more opportunities to ALL home buyers.
