Have you had some good biscuits and gravy lately? The Denver Biscuit Company is a must have for all! Let me start off by saying YUM! This locally owned business has been bringing Denver colossal sized deliciousness since 2009.
Denver Biscuit company started with one of Denver’s first gourmet food trucks, The Biscuit Bus. The DBC quickly gained popularity and they decided to move into in the back of their sister companies, Fat Sully’s Pizza (another must have) inside The Atomic Cowboy. DBC now has four locations with the most recent in the Stanley Marketplace (another write-up to be coming on this place).
These biscuits bring southern goodness packed with incredible flavor. My families favorite item on the menu is the biscuit cinnamon roll and you have the option to add bacon, which we haven’t tried that yet
DBC has been featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins, Dives. As well as, The Cooking Channel and CNN Headline. This is no surprise to me. The sandwiches that DBC has created are amazing. Their fried chicken is super moist and flavorful. Their homemade honey butter made from locally sourced honey and butter, you could literally eat it on its own. And their perfectly spiced, crispy fried catfish is fantastic!
To keep it simple, just head over there for some good o’ biscuits and gravy! You can’t lose with anything on this menu!
