City of Wheat Ridge Added to MMA Program!

Today the City of Wheat Ridge was added to the Metro Mortgage Assistance Program!  The loan program includes a 4% Down Payment Assistance Grant and this program is available to NON First time home buyers.  If you haven’t heard of the MMA or haven’t had the time to research, please make sure to find out more here.

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
