2015 VA loan limits in Colorado

Rolling along, and VA announced their new loan limits for 2015. This will go into effect January 1, 2015 and will be in effect through the end of the year.

In Colorado again we saw numerous county increases to the loan limits over the previous year. Psst- you can go above these amounts on a VA loan in Colorado folks.

Denver-Adams-Arapahoe-Broomfield-Clear Creek-Douglas-Elbert-Gilpin-Jefferson -Park- (Counties)

$424,350 (Single Family); $543,250 (2-Unit);  $656,650 (3-Unit); $816,050 (4-Unit)
